| Eastern Light Member | highest level membership designed for club racing members. Membership includes racing rights, club access, voting rights and storage options. As McCrae Yacht Club is an Australian Sailing Affiliated Club you will be registered and receive an Australian Sailing Number. |
| Beacon Member | non-racing full membership. Membership includes club access, voting rights and storage options. |
| Lighthouse Member | is a social membership. Membership is non-voting with limited club privileges and does not include a club key. |
| Gold Club Sponsor | includes family Eastern Light Membership with boat storage for 1 boat. Advertising to be in the weekly emails, member notice board and website. Aggregate race in the business name, with appropriate onshore recognition on the day. |
| Silver Club Sponsor | includes family Eastern Light Membership, advertising to be in the weekly emails, member notice board and website. |
| McCrae 100 Year Veteran | is a non-racing membership. Qualification is the total of an individual member's age plus time as member being greater than 100. |
| Secondary Club | is member of another sailing club who wishes to race at McCrae Yacht Club. They must remain a member of their primary club. |
| SailPass Membership | an introductory membership which allows non-members to try sailing and participate in club races and activities. More information Here |
| Volunteer obligations All categories of membership except temporary members are expected to undertake a minimum number of volunteer duties in whatever area they choose |
